Corporate Sponsorship drive makes progress
North Shore RDA is a voluntary, not for profit organisation and we provide therapeutic horse riding for people with disabilities to improve their physical, intellectual, and emotional well-being. We receive no Government funding and rely on grants, donations, and subsidised rider fees to fund our operational costs.
The reality is we are finding grants harder to win as more organisations compete for a contracting funding pool.
So we set out to find Sponsors to provide funding toward meeting our operational expenses and allow us to increase financial certainty and grow our Rider programmes.
We've put in lots of work to build a Corporate Sponsorship program that lays out benefits for Sponsors, and are close to signing our first major Corporate sponsor, but not our last. We'll let you know more once the ink is dry on the agreement.
Sponsorship (or donations) will help with the welfare of our horses, support our wonderful Riders, Coaches and Volunteers, and help us reach our goal to Reach more Riders, Change More Lives.
In return for sponsorship, we provide organisations increased community visibility with a unique opportunity to work with a remarkable group of people supporting their community.
Additionally, 2025 is our 50th Anniversary and sponsors will benefit from the extra market coverage we plan to create around this major milestone.
